Backtagging? Perfectly fine. I tend to be at work during peak hours anyway.
Hugging this character? Sure! Noa likes hugs.
Giving this character a kiss? Go right ahead! Noa is ridiculously affectionate and blows kisses all the time, so this is fine.
Getting intimate with this character? Nnnno. Not okay. The girl might not look it, but she's 12, and that is not cool.
Relationships? Noa is an innocent little thing, so... if there is one, it'd probably be just a Holding Hands type relationship. But yeah, swing it past me first, should be fine. ♥
Punching this character (provided they are given an opportunity to fight back) Would not advise this, since then you run the risk of Noa deciding your character is A Bad Person!TM and busting out a Noa's Ark on them. And that is devestating.
Injuring/killing this character? Minor injuries are fine, but anything more than that, please contact me first. Killing is a no-go. ;_;
Is there anything YOU DO NOT WANT MENTIONED near this character? Any bad things about people she loves. That does not go over well.
Is there anything you need us to KNOW about interacting with this character? (Special physical features, fighting abilities, STUFF): Noa is a fantastic fighter and (literally) can run like the wind. It's her element, after all. She strikes fast and hard, faaar too powerful for a tiny girl of 12. She also has a pretty much indefatigable spirit... it's hard to get this girl down.
